Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement governing your access to and use of Invoiceit Business Solutions ("Invoiceit," "we," "us," or "our") and the services, websites, applications, features, and functionality that we make available.
By registering for an Invoiceit account, accessing the platform, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Invoiceit on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Accounts and Account Security
Certain Invoiceit services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information when registering and to maintain the accuracy of your account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by circumstances for which applicable law provides otherwise.
You should use a unique and secure password and promptly notify us if you believe your account credentials have been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without authorization.
Invoiceit Services
Invoiceit provides tools intended to help businesses manage invoicing, clients, payments, expenses, subscriptions, business records, reporting, and related administrative activities.
Features available to you may depend on your account type, subscription plan, configuration, geographic availability, or other eligibility requirements.
We may introduce, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable or required by applicable law.
Subscriptions, Trials and Fees
Trial Access
We may provide trial access to certain Invoiceit services. Trial duration, features, limitations, and eligibility may be specified when you register or activate the trial.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid features may require a recurring or other subscription fee. Applicable pricing, billing cycle, included features, and other commercial terms will be presented when you select a plan or service.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, applicable fees are quoted in the currency displayed during checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Subscription Changes
You may be able to upgrade, modify, or cancel your subscription through the functionality provided in your account. The effective date of a change and any associated billing treatment may depend on the applicable plan and billing cycle.
Payments and Payment Processing
Invoiceit may provide functionality that allows businesses to record payments, monitor payment activity, or make payment functionality available to their customers.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Where a third-party payment processor is used, payment processing is also subject to the applicable provider's terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and processing rules.
Invoiceit does not guarantee that a transaction will be authorized, successfully processed, settled, or free from disputes, chargebacks, reversals, delays, or other payment-processing events.
You are responsible for ensuring that invoices, charges, taxes, payment instructions, refunds, and other transaction information you create or provide through Invoiceit are accurate and legally appropriate for your business.
Your Business Data and Content
You retain your rights in the business information, customer information, invoices, descriptions, logos, documents, records, and other content that you submit to Invoiceit ("User Content").
You grant Invoiceit the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise handle User Content for the purpose of operating, securing, maintaining, and providing the services you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content to Invoiceit and to process personal or business information through the service.
You are also responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of the business records you create or maintain using Invoiceit.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Invoiceit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the service to:
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive activity;
- create or distribute fraudulent or misleading invoices, payment requests, or business records;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, system, network, or data;
- upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or material designed to disrupt the platform;
- interfere with the security, availability, performance, or normal operation of Invoiceit;
- use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape, probe, or circumvent reasonable platform protections;
- impersonate another person or organization without authorization; or
- use Invoiceit in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect users, third parties, and the platform.
Third-Party Services
Invoiceit may integrate with or rely upon third-party products and services, including payment processors, email delivery services, analytics providers, hosting infrastructure, security services, and other technology providers.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices established by that provider.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Invoiceit and its associated software, interface designs, branding, graphics, documentation, platform functionality, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Invoiceit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Invoiceit for your legitimate internal business purposes.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Invoiceit or its underlying technology to you.
Service Availability and Changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Invoiceit will operate without interruption, delay, or error at all times.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party services, Internet connectivity, events beyond our reasonable control, or other operational requirements.
We may perform maintenance or make technical changes that temporarily affect access to some features.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Invoiceit at any time. Where available, subscriptions may be cancelled using the account or subscription-management functionality provided by the platform.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where we believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that creates a material security or operational risk.
We may also suspend access where required fees remain unpaid, subject to applicable contractual terms and law.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before terminating an account for reasons other than urgent security, legal, fraud, or abuse concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invoiceit and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This may include, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Invoiceit, you acknowledge that information may be processed as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the services, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
If you use Invoiceit to collect or process information about your customers, employees, contractors, or other individuals, you are responsible for complying with privacy and data protection obligations applicable to your business and obtaining any required permissions or consents.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Invoiceit, applicable requirements, our business practices, or other operational needs.
When we update these Terms, we may revise the effective date shown on this page and provide additional notice where required by law or where a change materially affects your rights or obligations.
Your continued use of Invoiceit after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies, plan terms, order terms, or other agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement applicable to your use of Invoiceit unless a separate written agreement applies.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such consent may lawfully be required. Invoiceit may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
